Step 1: Call the Manager @ 9488333611, check for availability, block the date/slot tentatively.
Step 2: Visit Eden Hall during office hours (10 AM to 12 Noon and 5 PM to 7 PM) at your nearest opportunity to fill out the Order Form and confirm your booking by making an advance payment . You or your representative could do this.
Banquets (Birthday parties, Engagement functions, Anniversaries, etc.), Seminars, Business meetings, Expos / Product launches with temporary kiosk setups, etc.
Yes... with some minimal assistance from a caregiver.
Eden Hall boasts a large parking space on the adjoining property. It can accommodate up to 40 cars and 40 bikes easily.
- Seating-alone arrangement: 200 (max)... for seminars or meetings.
- Hybrid arrangement: seating in the front and dining at the back of the hall (for banquets). This arrangement will allow for 70 chairs in the front and the rest of the space used to seat 50 for dining.
- Optionally, an outdoor, covered extension can be used for 50 more guests to dine [Note: this outdoor facility does not have air-conditioning, but it does come with adequate wall-mounted fans. Refer pics from the photo gallery]
- There is no separate dining hall in the traditional understanding of the term.
- Not having a separate dining hall is intentional... and this is to allow for flexible dining layouts that caterers/decorators could customize to create the kind of ambience the client wants.
- However, there is an extension dining facility available adjoining the main area. This facility does not have air conditioning, but it does come with adequate wall-mounted fans. Refer pics from the photo gallery.
We don’t have a separate kitchen facility, but we do permit caterers to set up a live food counter for making one item on site (say, Appam, Dosa, Chappathi, or Parota)

Yes, you can. Speak to your caterer and ask them to coordinate with the management.
- No liquor is allowed anywhere in the premises, including in the parking lot.
- Audio decibel levels cannot exceed what the management thinks is reasonable, keeping in mind the interest of the neighbourhood.
- Prior permission must be obtained in writing from the management if you are planning to bring from your end any equipment relating to audio.
