Eden Hall boasts a large parking space on the adjoining property. It can accommodate up to 40 cars and 40 bikes easily.

- Seating-alone arrangement: 200 (max)... for seminars or meetings. - Hybrid arrangement: seating in the front and dining at the back of the hall (for banquets). This arrangement will allow for 70 chairs in the front and the rest of the space used to seat 50 for dining. - Optionally, an outdoor, covered extension can be used for 50 more guests to dine [Note: this outdoor facility does not have air-conditioning, but it does come with adequate wall-mounted fans. - No liquor is allowed anywhere in the premises, including in the parking lot. - Audio decibel levels cannot exceed what the management thinks is reasonable, keeping in mind the interest of the neighbourhood. - Prior permission must be obtained in writing from the management if you are planning to bring from your end any equipment relating to audio.
